Summer Offer for Australian Salons: Your Second Month of Ukilu Elite Free

From end-of-year work parties and Christmas in December to the last summer pedicure in February, the Australian summer is the busiest stretch of the year for nail salons and spas. Calendars fill up, the phone rings during every appointment, and the late-night booking requests come in on Instagram.

To help salons get set up before the rush, we're running our first summer offer: sign up to Ukilu Elite by 31 December 2026, pay your first month, and your second month is free. It's for businesses in Australia only. Here's exactly how it works.

The offer at a glance

  • Month 1: paid at sign-up at the normal Elite price.

  • Deadline: sign up by 31 December 2026, 11:59 pm Sydney time (AEDT). After that the code stops working.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The current Elite price is always on the pricing page.

Why summer is the time to set up

Most salons change systems in a quiet month and then spend the busy months living with whatever they picked. Setting up now means the busy weeks run on the new system from the start:

  • Christmas parties. Clients book nails, lashes and brows for work parties and family photos, often late at night. An online booking page takes those bookings while you sleep, straight into your calendar.
  • Sandal season. Pedicures, gel toes and spa treatments fill the summer weekends. SMS reminders the day before mean a busy Saturday isn't lost to no-shows.
  • Gifts for New Year. Gift vouchers sell in December and come back as bookings in January. Selling them online and tracking them until they're used keeps that money and those visits in one place.

If you sign up in November, your free month lands in December — right in the middle of it.

What's included in Elite

Elite is Ukilu with nothing held back, on iPad, iPhone and the web:

  • Bookings: an online booking page open 24/7, a calendar with staff columns, check-in and a waiting list, staff breaks and blocked times.
  • Payments: checkout with KPay, Square Terminal or your bank's EFTPOS terminal through Linkly, tips, split bills, gift vouchers online and on paper, and daily takings and GST reports.
  • Clients: client profiles and visit history, loyalty points and Apple Wallet cards, consent forms signed on the iPad.
  • Growth and team: SMS reminders and campaigns, birthday messages, unlimited team accounts, payroll and the Owner Hub.

Elite includes a monthly SMS allowance. Add-ons, SMS beyond that allowance and your card terminal's fees are charged as usual during the offer.

How to claim it

  1. Open the summer offer page and tap Claim your free month. Elite is chosen and the code SUMMER26 is filled in.
  2. Enter your business name, your name, email and an Australian phone number.
  3. Pay your first month by card with your Australian billing address. Your account is ready straight away and your login PIN arrives by email.
  4. Send us your service menu and client list — our team brings them across for free.
  5. Nothing is charged for your second month. From your third month, Elite is billed monthly.

Bring your own EFTPOS terminal

You don't need to change bank to change POS. Ukilu sends the amount from the sale on the iPad to your terminal and the result comes back into your reports. KPay terminals are found on your shop Wi-Fi, and many bank terminals connect through Linkly Cloud — check yours on the bank terminals page. Questions about the offer

Is the offer available outside Australia?

No. It's for businesses based in Australia, billed in Australian dollars with an Australian billing address and phone number.

Does it work with other plans?

No — only the Elite plan. It also can't be combined with partner pricing.

I already use Ukilu. Can I get it?

The offer is for new businesses. If you're opening a second location, talk to us.

What happens after 31 December 2026?

The code stops working at 11:59 pm Sydney time on 31 December. Salons that signed up in time keep their free second month. Elite then continues at its normal monthly price, with free setup and data import as always.
