Add your booking link to Google, Instagram and Facebook

For salons on Ukilu

Every salon on Ukilu has its own booking page. Clients book there 24/7, and Google can show it when people search your salon's name. The more places that link to it, the easier it is for clients to book — and for Google to find it.

It takes about ten minutes. Do it once and you're done.

Step 1 — Get your booking link

Your link looks like this: https://app.ukilu.com/go/your-salon/book

Use this exact link everywhere — don't shorten it or add anything to the end. Every profile then points to the same page, which is what Google looks for.

Step 2 — Google Business Profile

This is the most important one: it's the box with your reviews and map that shows when people search your salon.

  1. On your phone or computer, sign in to the Google account that manages your salon's profile.
  2. Search Google for your salon's name. Your profile opens with the tools to manage it.
  3. Tap Edit profile, then Contact.
  4. If you have no website, paste your booking link into Website.
  5. Paste it into Appointment links (sometimes called Booking) as well.
  6. Tap Save.

Google checks changes before showing them, which can take a few days. Google sometimes renames these menus — if a name is different, look for the contact or website section of your profile.

Step 3 — Instagram

  1. Open your profile and tap Edit profile.
  2. Tap Links, then Add external link.
  3. Paste your booking link, give it the title Book online, and tap Done.

Tip: end your bio with "Book online below" so people know where to tap.

Step 4 — Facebook Page

  1. Switch to your salon's Page.
  2. Tap the button under your cover photo — Add action button or Edit action button.
  3. Choose Book now, pick the option to link to a website, and paste your booking link.
  4. Tap Save.

Step 5 — Everywhere else

  • Your website: link your "Book now" button to your booking page.
  • TikTok: add it as the website link on your profile.
  • Messages: when a client asks for a time on Messenger, Instagram or SMS, reply with your link.
  • In the salon: put the link or a QR code at the front desk and on your business cards.

Make the most of your booking page

Google reads your booking page, so keep it complete and up to date in the Ukilu app:

  • Your salon's name, address and phone exactly as they are on Google.
  • Every service with its price and length.
  • Your opening hours, including days you're closed.
