Purchases and refunds
The exact total goes from the sale to the terminal, and refunds go back through it.
Declines, cancels and timeouts
Every outcome comes back into the sale, so nothing is marked paid by mistake.
Signature cards
Cards that ask for a signature are handled at the terminal and recorded on the sale.
Recovery after a drop-out
If the iPad loses power or connection mid-payment, Ukilu recovers the last transaction and prints a recovery receipt.
Re-pairing by the merchant
You can pair a new or replaced terminal yourself with your Cloud login and a pair code.

Getting started
Three steps, once.
You'll need a Linkly Cloud terminal from your bank and the Ukilu app on your iPad.

Ask your bank for a Linkly Cloud terminal
Call your bank or EFTPOS provider and ask for a terminal with Linkly Cloud turned on. They send you a Cloud username and password.

Pair it in Ukilu
On the iPad, open Settings → Integrations → Linkly EFTPOS and enter your Cloud login and the pair code from the terminal.

Charge from the till
Tap Card at checkout. Ukilu sends the total; the terminal takes the card and the sale closes itself.

Yes. Linkly accredited Ukilu's Linkly Cloud integration in October 2026, and Ukilu is listed in Linkly's Accredited Partners directory under Delegate Labs, the company behind Ukilu.
Before Linkly lists a POS, the integration has to pass Linkly's accreditation tests — purchases, refunds, declines, timeouts and recovering a payment after a drop-out. It means the link between Ukilu and your bank's terminal has been checked by Linkly, not just by us.
Terminals from 13 banks and providers that run on Linkly Cloud, including Commonwealth Bank, NAB, Westpac, St.George, Bank of Melbourne, BankSA, ANZ, Fiserv, Nuvei, Live Payments, Wpay and Zeller. The full list, with each bank's Cloud terminals, is on our bank & terminal support page.
Core payments over Linkly Cloud in Sync mode: purchases and refunds sent from the sale, with the result coming straight back. Cash out, tipping or surcharging on the terminal itself, and on-premises-only terminals, are not available through Linkly yet.
No. Linkly Cloud works over the internet, so you only need the Ukilu app on your iPad and a Linkly Cloud terminal from your bank.
